The knife is interesting, Ginsan Hitachi Silver III material, excellent steel, the only flaw that on one side the sharpening is not well taken care of and requires re-sharpening to restore geometry. Too bad because it would have been really splendid, for this rating of only 3 stars. Surely an oversight, overall good knife. The team responded immediately with excellent assistance.
